Deposit Policy

All reservations are charged a 20% non-refundable deposit at the time of making the reservation. Full payment is charged 30 days prior to your arrival date. Reservations made inside 30 days are prepaid in full and non-refundable. Reservations can be cancelled or modified up to 30 day prior to arrival date subject to deposit forfeiture.

ONLINE TRAVEL AGENCIES: For all reservations booked through third party booking agents such as Expedia, Booking.com, please take the time to cancel through that agency first and call us as well - 208.558.9555. It is difficult for us to process cancellations through email or texts, so a phone call is much appreciated.

Room & Bungalow Cancelation & Payment policy

Reservations are charged a 20% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. All reservations are to be paid in full 30 days prior to arrival. If cancellation occurs outside 30 days of arrival the 20% deposit is forfeited. If cancellation occurs inside of 30 days of arrival the entire amount of the reservation may be charged and forfeited. A partial refund may be issued if we are able to re-rent your room. Reservations can be modified or cancelled up to 30 days prior to arrival, If you must cancel or modify your reservation we will do our best to re-rent your room and issue a partial refund if applicable.

ROOM & BUNGALOW DATE MODIFICATIONS
Based upon room availability we can add nights to your stay at anytime. Partial cancellations requested more than 30 days before your arrival date can be accommodated. Modifications or partial cancellations requested inside 30 days of arrival are subject to our non-refundable policy.

LARGE VACATION CABIN CANCELLATION & PAYMENT POLICY
Our large vacation rental cabins are charged a 50% deposit upon making reservation and full payment is charged 60 days prior to arrival. Reservations can be cancelled or modified up to 60 days prior to arrival. However the 20% deposit is forfeited if cancellation occurs. Modification or cancellations made inside 60 days are non-refundable. However if cancellation occurs we will do our best to re-rent the vacation rental cabin and, if we do re-rent, a partial refund will be issued if applicable.
